  • Private Event Information

    The Birmingham studio only

    Monday thru Thursday Private Event Cost:

    • $450 for up to 10 people
    • additional guests $45 per person (Max 50)
    • Max 3 event (This includes set up, painting and tweaking time)
    • additional time $10 per person (billed in 1 hour increments
    • Your choice of a painting
    • Food and beverage welcome
    • Total Amount is due to book event

    Saturday & Sunday (Daytime) Private Event:

    • $675 for up to 15 people
    • additional guests $45 per person. (Max 50 person)
    • Max 3 hour event (Time will vary depending on the number of persons attending event -This includes set up, painting and tweaking time.)
    • ‘additional time $10 per person (billed on 1 hour increments)
    • Your choice of painting
    • Food and beverage welcome
    • Total Amount is due to book event

    Friday & Saturday Evening Private Events:

    • $1350 for up to 30 people
    • additional guests $45 per person (max 50)
    • Max 4 hour event (This includes set up, painting and tweaking time)
    • additional time $10 per person (billed in 1 hour increments)
    • Your choice of painting
    • Food and beverage welcome
    • Total Amount is due to book evenT

    **Additional fee for Party Planners and/or Catered Events-due to the additional time these companies and/or persons need for their set up and clean up (this does not included food you have picked up and/or have dropped off during set up)

  • What do I bring to class?

    Customers can bring whatever they would like to drink and eat.  We have cups and bottle openers if needed. Please note:Unless you have reserved the studio for a private event we have limited space for large parties to set up food.  We do not provide ice.

  • How can I cancel/change a class if I am within your cancellation policy?

    1) Be sure to be on the Events/Calendar page
    2) Login to your account Using your email and password
    3) Click on account
    4) Click on Events
    5) Scroll down to Upcoming Events and click on modify or delete event

    Please note that unless you are within our cancellation policy you will not be able to cancel your reservation. 

  • What methods of payment do you accept ?

    All customers will pay when they arrive to class-NOT online.  We accept cash, credit/debit, gift cards. You will NOT be asked for a credit card to register for a class.  If you have any type of coupon we will apply at check in when you arrive to class.  Please read the description of the class you are interested in attending to make sure that we are accepting coupons, VIP Passes, Free Passes, BOGOS, etc.
